DELIVERY INFORMATION AND COSTS
RETURNS POLICY
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Providing that the item is in stock, all orders placed before 5:30pm shall be despatched for Next Day Delivery with a courier. The courier will deliver between 8:30am and 5:30pm the next working day. Please make arrangements to sign for and accept your delivery.
In the event that you miss your delivery the courier will attempt to delvery 1 more time that day before returning the parcel back to us.
OTHER DELIVERY
Where stated, some items may take up to 3 days delivery, by courier.
The courier will deliver between 8:30am and 5:30pm the next working day. Please make arrangements to sign for and accept your delivery.

DELIVERY COSTS
Free delivery for all consumable order over £110.00.
For orders amounting to less that £110.00, a fee of £5.50 plus VAT will be charged for consumables. For larger hardware items there will be a delivery fee of £12.00 plus VAT.
RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you are unhappy with your goods a return or exchange can be arranged at the discretion of the company. Returns will be accepted providing that the goods are unused, resellable and in original packaging. Faulty goods can be returned and refunded or exhanged at the discretion of the company. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
